Classes

Striking Classes
Classes will be a fusion of boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, and karate movements and techniques, mixed in with partner drills, and high and low intensity exercises.

Grappling Classes
Classes will be a fusion Brazilian jiu jitsu, judo, wrestling, sambo, and submission grappling techniques and movements with partner drills and, high and low intensity exercises.

Fitness Classes
Classes will be a fusion of aerobic, and anaerobic exercises such as, HIIT (high intensity interval training) tabata, strength & conditioning, mobility and agility training. Both with calisthenics, and weighted training with dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, bands, jump ropes and more with all the cardio you can handle, for all levels of fitness!

Kids Classes (Ages 7 to 12)
Classes will be focused on discipline, confidence, and skills development while aiding in the boost of resilience building through our fitness, and martial arts technical teachings for both, our youth grapplers, and our youth strikers.

MMA Classes (Advanced Only)
These classes will be geared to blending the grappling and the striking arts together through live drills, technical and situational sparring.
